My first few knives were blades from Indian Ridge Traders in the early 1970s. Then I moved to grinding plainer blades. In 1986 I started forging and attended forging clinics. I joined the ABS in 1999 and passed my Journeyman test in 2003. I like to make bowies with wood sheaths that have tips and throats as well as daggers and hunter styles.
Fixed blade, Forged bowies, camp knives, Hunters, axes, tomahawks and walking sticks.
